Pedro arrives at Stamford Bridge after an impressive spell at Brighton, where he scored 30 goals in 70 appearances. The Brazil international expressed his excitement about joining a club with a rich history and high ambitions.
“Everyone knows this is a big club with a great history. They had brilliant players in the past and have brilliant players now, so I am excited to join and you know when you are a Chelsea player you must think one thing – win”, João Pedro mentioned.
Despite interest from Newcastle United, Pedro favored Chelsea after the club intensified their efforts last weekend.
