Botchway is highly regarded for his disciplined coaching style and careful approach to match preparation.

He gained recognition for his exceptional work with Kotoku Royals, where he led the club through one of their most competitive periods in recent seasons. He had also previously managed Liberty Professionals.

Former head coach Kwaku Danso has been reassigned to the role of Technical Advisor for the club.

Danso, who has been instrumental in shaping Bechem United’s tactical identity over the past seasons, is expected to provide strategic guidance as the club works toward its long-term objectives.

Bechem United have already begun strengthening their squad for the 2025/26 season, securing the signatures of former Ghana U17 midfielder Aminu Mohammed and Nigerian forward Frank Promise.

With the addition of Botchway to the technical team, the Hunters are aiming to build a strong foundation as they prepare for another competitive Premier League campaign.

The Hunters finished 9th in the league standings during the 2024/25 season, and the club has targeted a top-four finish in the upcoming season.
