Bechem United confirm signing of Nigerian forward Frank Promise

Bechem United have confirmed the signing of Nigerian forward Frank Promise in the ongoing transfer window.
The 23-year-old striker has penned a three-year deal with the club, becoming the Hunters’ first foreign signing ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

Promise joins from Burkinabe club Salitas where he gained attention for his blistering pace, intelligent movement, and clinical finishing.
His arrival is expected to significantly bolster Bechem United’s attacking options as the club eyes a stronger campaign following their narrow miss of a top-four finish last season.

He becomes the second player announced by the club this window, following the earlier acquisition of Abdul Basit Mohammed.
The signing is part of a broader recruitment strategy by Bechem United to add more firepower and squad depth ahead of the new season. The club is also expected to announce the signing of former Manchester City player Aminu Mohammed in the coming days.
Meanwhile, under the guidance of newly appointed head coach Stephen Desmond-Issah Botchway, the team has already kicked off preseason training.
They are set to leave Bechem for a closed-door training camp in the coming days as preparations intensify for the season’s kickoff in September.
