Barca reportedly aim to offload Ansu Fati this summer

FC Barcelona are planning to part ways with former marksman Ansu Fati this summer after failing to offload him in the winter transfer window back in January.

Fati was regarded one of the young superstars in world football until injuries set in to derail the progress of what looked like an unstoppable upcoming career.

After 2022, the Spanish winger fell out of favor under former Barca coach Xavi Hernandez, leading to a move to Brighton and Hove Albion in the English Premier League.

Fati was still struck with injuries and failed to entrench himself or reignite the best moments of his early days as a Barca superstar despite the move to England before he returned to Spain.

Now, reports in Spain indicate that the Catalans have made it clear to the 22-year-old his time at the club ends this summer, and a move to Italy or England looks likely by the day for Ansu Fati.
