Dreams FC continued their impressive run, defeating Goldstars 2-0

The matchday 25 of the Ghana Premier League was a day filled with interesting matches, dramatic twists, and unexpected turns. The excitement began at Kpando, where Asante Kotoko held Heart of Lions to 1-1 draw.

Despite their best efforts, Kotoko couldn’t find the winning goal, allowing Heart of Lions to snatch a valuable point.

Meanwhile, at the Accra Sports Stadium, Accra Hearts of Oak secured a hard-fought 1-0 win over Medeama SC. Raphael Amponsah’s first-half strike proved to be the decisive factor, giving Hearts of Oak a much-needed victory.

The win marked a significant turnaround for Hearts of Oak, who had been struggling to find their footing in the league.

Dreams FC continued their impressive run, defeating Goldstars 2-0 with goals from Razak Salifu and Iziden Mohammed.

The Still Believe lads are now on a five-match winning streak, and their confidence is at an all-time high.

In another thrilling match, Aduana Stars picked up a 1-0 win over Vision FC, courtesy of Richard Sackey’s first-half goal. The win marked a crucial step forward for Aduana Stars, who are determined to make a push for the top four.

The biggest win of the day, however, belonged to Samartex, who thrashed Accra Lions 2-0 at the Nsenkyire Arena.

Emmanuel Mamah and Akwasi Sarpong scored the goals, handing the current holders a massive victory. The win deepened the woes of Accra Lions, who are struggling to find their form.

In other matches, Legon Cities earned a 0-0 draw against Young Apostles in Wenchi, while Basake Holy Stars defeated Berekum Chelsea 2-1 to move up to 12th place in the league standings.

The results have shaken up the league standings, with some teams moving up or down the table. Hearts of Oak move up to 4th place with 40 points, while Asante Kotoko remain in 1st place.

Dreams FC continue to impress, moving up to 5th place with 38 points, while Medeama SC drop to 7th place with 38 points.
