Kylian Mbappe has revealed that though he wishes the very best for his former club Paris Saint Germain, he is focused on making history in winning the treble for Real Madrid this season.
Mbappe has already clinched more than 30 goals in all competitions for Los Blancos this term, scoring on 20 occasions in La Liga while leading Real in attack.
The Frenchman was called up by Didier Deschamps for Les Bleus’ upcoming UEFA Nations League games and Mbappe opened up on what moving away from PSG to Madrid means for his career in terms of titles.
“PSG? I wish them all the best but I’m focused on Real Madrid and on the treble we could achieve. This is something Real Madrid never did, so it would be extraordinary in my 1st season”, he told Le Parisien.
PSG look one of the favorites to complete a treble this year after knocking out Liverpool in the last 16 round and entrenching themselves in Ligue 1 while Mbappe has proved to be crucial for Los Blancos this campaign.
Mbappe will be hoping he clinches as many titles as possible to make his treble dream a reality as Real remain in contention for all trophies available.
