Both Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden missed out on an England call-up in October
Thomas Tuchel name Jude Bellingham & Phil Foden in England squad

The Three Lions manager, Thomas Tuchel, has named his England squad to face Serbia and Albania in the World Cup qualifiers, with the return of both Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden, who missed out on the October international call-up.
Bellingham and Foden were expected to be in the line-up for the November international break, having failed to cut in October due to either their club form or other factors.
Bellingham, however, was omitted from the October squad, raising concerns about Tuchel’s selection, despite the player confirming he was fit to participate.

Meanwhile, Foden, who has been out of the squad since March, has received a call-up to boost Tuchel’s attack after putting up a consistent run of performances for Manchester City in the Premier League and Champions League.
The 25-year-old’s latest was a sensational display in the Champions League fixture against Borussia Dortmund at the Etihad in the week where he recorded a brace in the Citizens’ 4-1 victory.
New inclusions arrive, as usual, with Bournemouth’s Alex Scott handed his first call-up. The 22-year-old midfielder has represented England at the youth level, winning the Euros with both the U19s and U21s.

Newcastle United forward Anthony Gordon, who was a doubt after his injury against Athletic Club in the Champions League in midweek, has received a call-up.
Crystal Palace’s Adam Wharton returns to the fold after missing out on England’s last two squads, pulling out of the August selection due to injury.
However, there is no spot in the squad for Brighton’s in-form striker despite impressive displays so far this campaign.
While Morgan Gibbs-White, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Myles Lewis-Skelly are out of the squad despite their involvement in October, Newcastle shotstopper Nick Pope replaces James Trafford.
