Arsenal, Barcelona and Liverpool have been linked with a summer move for Isak
Alexander Isak provides update on Newcastle future amid Arsenal & Liverpool interest

Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak has once again expressed his contentment with life on Tyneside but has also hinted that discussions regarding his future at the club are likely to take place in the summer.
Isak is in high demand. The prolific Sweden international is one of the few clinical strikers in European football, at a time when top clubs are scrambling for a proven centre-forward.
Arsenal, Liverpool, and Barcelona are among the front-runners for the 25-year-old, but they face stiff competition, with other suitors keeping a close eye on his situation.
The Magpies are understandably reluctant to lose their star forward, with reports suggesting the club would demand a hefty £150m for his services.
While Newcastle’s position is clear, Isak has remained more reserved about his future.
I think I’ve said, I’m not really thinking about the summer,” he said.
“But yeah, that’ll probably be a talking point once the season is finished. We will really see, because no talks have been held yet.”
Alexander Isak’s Contract Expires in the Summer of 2028
Alexander Isak’s current contract at Newcastle United runs until the summer of 2028.

However, the Premier League’s strict financial regulations limit the salary increases the Magpies can offer their number 14.
This restriction has given hope to clubs with larger revenues than the newly wealthy outfit
“As I have said many times,” Isak added when pushed again on the swirling transfer interest.
“I don’t really look too much or think too much about my future. I have said I am happy here and we are contenders for titles, which is what you want to win as a football player.
“We have been to one final and now we are in another one, so the chances are there.”
