Napoli will be eager to get back to winning ways and reclaim their position at the summit
Serie A preview: Napoli look to reclaim top spot as they host faltering AC Milan

Title hopes on the line for Napoli
Napoli have been in the title race throughout the campaign, but a recent slump has seen them knocked off top spot.
As they prepare to host AC Milan on Sunday, they will be eager to get back to winning ways and reclaim their position at the summit of Serie A.

Napoli’s Recent Struggles
Antonio Conte’s side has been struggling since the departure of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in January.
Despite having a settled XI, Napoli have managed just one victory in their last seven matches in Serie A.
They went into the March international break on the back of a goalless draw with Venezia and will be looking to bounce back against AC Milan.
AC Milan’s Underwhelming Season
AC Milan, on the other hand, have been underwhelming since appointing Sergio Conceicao as their new manager.
Despite winning the Supercoppa Italiana, the Rossoneri have struggled in Serie A, sitting outside of the top eight and European spots. They will be looking to build on their recent 2-1 win over Como, but will face a tough test against Napoli.
Team News and Predicted Lineups
Napoli will be without David Neres, who is an injury doubt due to a thigh issue. AC Milan, meanwhile, will be missing Yunus Musah through suspension, and may also be without Santiago Gimenez due to injury.
The predicted lineups see Napoli fielding a strong XI, with Meret in goal and Lukaku leading the line. AC Milan, meanwhile, will rely on the likes of Pulisic and Leao to provide creativity and firepower.

Prediction: A Crucial But Uninspiring Encounter
This is a massive game on paper between two of Italy’s strongest and biggest clubs.
Napoli are searching for their fourth-ever Scudetto and second in three seasons, but are struggling since the departure of Kvaratskhelia.
AC Milan, meanwhile, are appearing to gel into the Sergio Conceicao way, but it’s often painful to watch. As a result, this is unlikely to be a classic for the neutral.
