Trincao could make a switch from Sporting CP to the Premier League in the summer
Arsenal lead race to sign Man United target

Arsenal are reportedly keen to sign Sporting CP star Francisco Trincao but face competition from other Premier League teams.
The Gunners are said to be leading the Premier League pack to sign United target and former Ruben Amorim favourite as Sporting try to tie the winger down to a new deal.

According to reports from Portugal via Sport Witness, there are claims Arsenal are the “stand out” in the pursuit of the former Wolves loanee and have repeatedly “sent an official” to watch the Sporting winger.
Despite Arsenal leading the race, the 25-year-old is reportedly being targeted by Ruben Amorim’s side, having worked with the current Red Devils boss in his days at Sporting.

However, the reports do not name the other two Premier League clubs linked with the player.
Trincao has been in good form this season, signalling English clubs to chase after the Portuguese signature.
In the 2024/25 season, the winger has amassed eight goals and 15 assists in 31 league appearances.
