Ghana have been drawn with Senegal, South Africa, and Algeria, making it a tough group. Despite the challenge, Coach Ogum is confident in his 21-man squad and believes they are ready to compete.

In goal, Solomon Kesse, Michael Armah, and John Annan have all impressed in recent matches and are expected to play key roles.

The defenders include Mujahid Osman, Kingsley Fosu, Issah Rafiu, Essau Atsu Kpoeti, Nicholas Essuman, Jacob Etse Kpoeti, and Gabriel Denyinah. They will be responsible for keeping things tight at the back.

In midfield, Issac Barfo, Augustine Appiah, Michael Awuli, Michael Nyantakyi, Eric Adu Gyamfi, and Mark Kagawa Mensah will look to control the game and support both defense and attack.

Up front, Mark Aboagye, Abdul Latif Wunzalgu, Joseph Narbi, Gavi Robinho Yao, Clement Agyei, and David Ofori will lead Ghana’s attack with their pace and eye for goal.

“We selected this squad based on performance, discipline, and understanding of the game,” Coach Ogum said. “The boys have worked hard, and we believe they are ready.”

The team recently played two friendly matches against Ivory Coast and performed well, giving fans hope ahead of the tournament.
